Through guided tasting, you will learn how to identify key characteristics, understand regional styles, and develop a deeper appreciation of French wine.

For those wishing to extend the experience, a caviar tasting may be incorporated as a dedicated introduction to the world of caviar. We explore its origins, craftsmanship, tasting techniques, and distinctive flavour profiles, while discovering how caviar and wine interact to create remarkable sensory experiences.

Following our session, you will receive personalised tasting notes, tailored recommendations, and a curated list of wines to purchase, including guidance on where to find them. If you already have a cellar or collection, we will discuss what to enjoy now, what to keep, and what may be worth adding over time.
